Not sure what your last sentence means?
There's a systematic review on pubmed central I'd suggest you read.

I used it a couple of years ago for a year. It feels lovely on the skin and a little goes a long way. My skin was good to start with and yes it gives radiance and made mine look more healthy. Anything else for me the jury is out. I don’t use it anymore and my skin hasn’t deteriorated. For me it’s not the holy grail but it was nice to use. Not sure how helpful that is.

I had a similar experience to AlexandraJJ, it's nice to use and it makes your skin look very healthy. It was a deluxe sample and I honestly wasn't expecting much but I also didn't feel there was a need to go out and buy it and continue use. It's best viewed as a recovery serum for when your skin has gone to pot, it very quickly brings forth healthy looking skin. I've gifted it to friends post chemo and similar situations as it is gentle and it really is an amazing turnaround that gets people feeling good about their skin again.

If you're not in need of skin recovery things like tretinoin and vitamin c with a longer and broader scientific backing are a better choice than peptides. In supplement to tret/vit c the effect is fairly neglible and you're better off looking for a cheaper version elsewhere. I think the inkey list do an egf serum and a couple of k-beauty brands and there's loads of other options for other types of peptides.

Checkout Glow up with Shelly on YouTube. She does a thorough review of EGF serums with lots of cheaper alternatives that give similar results. Not sure you need to pay bioeffect prices.
I think the take home message was to micro needle first to get the most bang for your buck in terms of penetration.
