Tayberry Wellies - do they run big?

I need wellies to fit an 18" calf, and these wellies seem to be 18" at the calf in the bigger sizes to allow for trouser tucking it. Does anyone have a pair of these who can testify?

i bought pair last year when i was pg and i had calves of a bull
it was liitle tight but fitted me.
i can check tomorrow as they are in the garage.[if you want me to]
