Do you think this dress is a bit dated to wear to a Christmas party.

I’ve had this dress for about five years and was thinking of wearing it to a Christmas party. The party is at a posh hotel and will be a drinks, canapés, dancing type of event.
The party is for a hobby I do, it will be about 2/3 women and last year many wore sequins and other sparkly numbers.
I am five feet one and a size 14 so the skirt is mid thigh on me and shows off the best part of my legs and looks nice (I think) on my curvy hips/bum.
Do you think it looks a bit dated?

I think it is lovely and very 'Christmas party'. I'd wear it.

I also have no idea what is in fashion as I do not care. I wear what looks good on me and don't wear what doesn't, imo. I'd rather feel confident about how I look than be on trend.
