Hot on the heels (pardon the pun) of the Ashley Jensen's boots thread - anyone know where her coat is from? Or a more budget friendly alternative (am guessing it's not M&S!) I absolutely love it.

Pretty sure Tosh's jumper is from Seasalt, they have a very similar one anyway

Do you do all the costumes? The stuff the family on the beach were wearing was lovely too. As was the jumper the social worker wife was wearing!!

Her black trousers are Boden ‘Kew’ trousers, her boots are from Russell &Bromley

You are doing an amazing job creating a beautiful visual feast, echoing the colours of the Shetland landscape. I also love how you source Scottish makers if you can. The scarf that DI Calder wears in Ep2 is particularly lovely. I’ve searched everywhere for it but can’t find it. Is it a preloved find or a one-off? Keep up the wonderful work!

Her scarf in Ep2 is a Wispy Cashmere from Begg &Co- Last season, if you contact them they might still have one in their warehouse! @jillybeenz

Hi, @LKAYA — welcome back. I’m gutted that Morag’s fabulous jumper was a one-off hand knit. I kept getting distracted from Tosh’s line of questioning and whether Billy’s married to a wrong’un by how gorgeous it was…

Also, presumably it was your job to decide what Billy wears when he’s not in uniform! That’s quite the opportunity!

@LKAYAI’m more fascinated by your job and what it involves. Are you freelance? Do you work on multiple programmes/films? Do you get a set budget and a list of sizings? Do the actors ever refuse what you’ve chosen? Are you on set and dressing them? What happens at the end of a shoot - do you store the clothes or are they distributed? So many questions!

Oooh I am so glad you are back to chat about the Shetland wardrobe this season, because it is beautiful again! I ended up buying that Goverall blackwatch George coat last year btw. Kudos to you for the styling!
