I’m going on a Christmas night out next weekend and after a year of feeling less than brilliant I want to do everything I can to look my best.
I started yesterday and ate pretty well, made sure I ate 5 portions fruit / veg, drank lots but mainly tea so working on drinking more water today. I’ve done two short home workouts per day and I’ll try and add in a walk too.
Started using Sunday Riley good genes every other night again, and I’ll start coating my legs in moisturiser from tonight.
Anyone else want to join in and hold me accountable?
