I’m going on a Christmas night out next weekend and after a year of feeling less than brilliant I want to do everything I can to look my best.
I started yesterday and ate pretty well, made sure I ate 5 portions fruit / veg, drank lots but mainly tea so working on drinking more water today. I’ve done two short home workouts per day and I’ll try and add in a walk too.
Started using Sunday Riley good genes every other night again, and I’ll start coating my legs in moisturiser from tonight.
Anyone else want to join in and hold me accountable?

@PrimalLass ugh that’s so demoralising! What type of things are you eating? I’m not calorie counting but I am snacking less and trying to stop when I’m full. The weather isn’t helping though…
Dinner tonight is a cod gratin with broccoli and peas.

This evening I will be doing exfoliating mask and then attempt some sort of pedicure. Really should try and do some exercise but not much sleep last night and pretty exhausted.

How’s everyone getting on?! Thursday and Friday I did a 5k walk, diet wasn’t amazing but drank lots of water. I’ve made sure I’ve done a full face routine every night before bed too.
I find Saturdays and Sundays the hardest but this weekend is so busy I don’t think I’ll have time to sit and eat crap or drink!
Weight loss so far is 2.9kg! X

I have been eating very well and it realy does make a difference. Being fastidious with skin routine and oral hygiene also. What are people wearing to these nights out?

Can I join you? I have put on about a stone in the last few years and am determined to lose at least some of it. I have a Christmas meetup with some girlfriends on 13 December and I want to look fresh and a bit slimmer around the middle. I have been doing regular weights workouts for about 6 months but have been eating badly, so since Monday I have been eating three healthy meals a day with no snacks or unhealthy food. I've lost 1lb according to the scales yesterday and am hoping for a few more before the 13th.

I also need to moisturise my legs and arms, sort out my nails (just a home manicure and pedicure) and deep condition my dry hair.

In case it's motivating for anyone, I have lost 7 pounds in just over 2 weeks from simply eating no sugar and 3 meals a day. Delighted as had fallen off the wagon over a few tough months.
