Dry skin on lower legs

Please help! It feels like I've tried everything. Coconut oil hasn't worked, Palmers solid stuff hasn't worked. Any recommendations? TIA

I had no moisturiser to hand but did have some argon oil for hair. Popped a bit of that on dry legs and results were awesome.

Had a traditional body treatment massage in Morocco, steam scrub with a mitten thing, and oil with argan oil and the results were amazing if embarrassing. DH and I looked like snakes descaling mid way through. I was truly a wtaf moment. He couldn't stop exclaiming how soft his skin was for weeks

Out of interest does anyone suffer from dry scaly skin that drinks 3-4 litres of water today?

Don’t know what’s in it but the only thing that works my my ridiculously dry snakeskin front lower legs is Neutrogena Norwegian formula foot cream. I think it’s for cracked heels really but it does the job in about ten days of daily use.
