It is, but the quality is good - I stick to the sales

oh yes, uniqlo - this was a particulartly nice green though...

Brora stuff is made in Scotland, not China, and I think the quality is far far better. I'd expect a Brora cardie to last really well. Is it a chunky one? I was salivating over those last year...

chunky cashmere feels much more luxurious IMO.

tbh if i was going to spend that much I'd knit it with pure cashmere (did some wrist warmers around christmas, they're incredibly warm and luxurious)

the wool one would stretch - the other dresses tend to gape a bit on me. I am NOT spending over £100 quid on a dress I will wear rarely and will prob be eated by moths before the autumn

uniqlo cashmere is very good, i have some great long cardigans from there that i've been wearing all winter.

am today wearing gap shortsleeved merino dress thing with leggings underneath, and cheapo long pale grey primark wool cardi

am wooolies queen

(hoxty bought new clarks originals, teal and silver maryjanes )

they sound rather lovely bundle!

am big fan of merino sweaterdresses too from uniqlo. but am bored of them now, want it to be spring....
