Jowls and double chin...

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice or had similar issues and managed to make it better (apart from going under the knife).

I am only 31 and have noticed jowls starting to appear on my face, they are not by any means super prominent but in certain lighting and angles I can definitely see an onset which will undoubtedly get worse as the years go on, there is a definite sag that starts from the corners of my nose and running down to the corners of my mouth and lower.
In addition to that I find that under my chin just a bit further back towards my neck I have extra fat/skin that becomes more prominent when I talk and move around - I am a healthy weight/bmi before anyone asks and otherwise slim.

It's really bothering me and I would love to have a more sculpted jawline/neck as I feel really awful spotting myself on pictures sometimes.

Is there any procedures, facials or similar out there that could potentially give good results on the above that I could look into?

Really? At 31? I so do so doubt it

are you sure? Maybe you just have harsh lighting in your mirror

at 31 you most likely can get away with just emphasising all your good and youthful bits 🙂

I found fillers really good for my jowls. I started getting them at about 48 as I was starting to look miserable and I’m not.

I’ve just had surgery for this issue. I’m older than you though (53). The clinic I went to, offer something called HIFU for saggy necks/jowls. I was told it wouldn’t work for me - it seems to be for younger people with less of a problem, maybe like yourself?

If its literally sagging, hanging skin- I am afraid nothing will get rid of that at all apart from surgery to remove it (a neck lift). If its fat- eg a double chin, there are injections called Kybella (US version) and Belkyra (UK version) which you can have which dissolve the fat after like, 3 sessions. However, its expensive and not really a cheap option either. People may suggest exercises or treatments but you could still end up spending a lot of money for fairly mediocre results so sometimes its a bit of a false economy. I'm afraid that for any kind of dramatic improvement you will be looking at something surgical, sorry.

Maybe a micro current device.

Face Yoga, look up Danielle Collins on YouTube.
There are different exercises you can fit in throughout your day, or when you've got a spare ten minutes on a morning or on an evening, and they are quite easy.
I also have her book which has lots of different exercises.
