Thinking of having it done as mine are getting deeper and getting me down.

Also noticed I really have bags under eyes now that never had before :( Any ideas for treatments?

I'd recommend strong cog treads for marionette lines! Fillers in that area will make it look worse after a few years! Fillers never actually dissolve so eventually build up over the years making your skin bumpy and heavy looking possibly giving you jowls. If you are serious about getting rid of bags you can have cosmetic surgery, there's a great clinic called nords who has done fantastic work for people I know for under and upper eye treatments

Thanks I will look into those
I didn't know that about filler - eeek

It’s not true that fuller builds up here.
In rare occasions filler doesn’t break down over time. With these people it can simply be dissolved.

Filler can be excellent in the marionettes.

@Throughthemiddleandroundthecorner your body never fully dissolves the filler it just moves around in your face it has also been shown in scans 12 years later, also alot of fillers are silicone based which can't fully dissolve.
@Bluebamboozled please do your own research if you take the advice for using fillers for marionette because honestly I'd advise it strongly, this is a great video to watch too on face fillers :)

Advise against it strongly

@Cloclo93 is correct, it has been shown using MRI that filler doesn't in fact break down, it just relocates over time. I'd be extremely cautious about using it for marionette lines. You're better off with a thread lift or similar.

Throughthemiddleandroundthecorner · 22/10/2023 22:12

Yes it’s correct that filler is seen in MRI and ultrasound many years later. But this isn’t the standard.

If it does migrate then this can be dissolved.

Just sharing that I’ve had excellent results over years of having dermal fillers.
I have a high quality brand that breaks down nicely over time.
