I need help!
I have a new job in a secondary school. In my current job I live in jeans and Converse, but I can't wear that in my new one. Most of the people there were in dresses / cardigans / boots but that is so far out of my comfort zone!
I'm trying to think that it's a new place, no one will know me or my usual go to so hoping you lovely people can help!
For reference, I'm a size 20, 5ft 4", and very pear shaped. Short blonde hair and not body confident at all!
I've got Veja trainers, converse and Vans daps and Dr Marten boots.
Can anyone help / advise / fancy styling me?!

Wide leg trousers and a chunky loafer.

Congratulations on the new job! Tie waist tapered trousers are very flattering I find and look smart. Agree with the chunky loafers

I find smock tops are flattering too

Ooh, thank you! I'm liking all those options! Does anyone know if Simply Be is good sizing or if I should order up? Thank you again, I really appreciate it!

On their website you can use this and put in what kind of clothing you’re looking for, your height etc and it tells you what size would be best

Personally though I’ve found them to be true to size with the odd item I’ve had to size down for but it’s really easy to return if you need too

In my experience, trainers are not appropriate to secondary school staff, and I think most schools would say they’re a no in their dress codes. I’d probably start in M& or maybe Next for loose black trousers and a couple of midi dresses. Cardigans or a couple of jersey blazers. Some tops to wear with the trousers, but nothing low cut.

The denim dress is unlikely to be suitable either, ime. I think most schools would stipulate no denim.
