Are you using a chemical exfoliator, I think a good one of those like the Biologique Recherche P50 with regular use actually gets closest to the quality of skin that retinoids give (but it does nothing for anti aging, the only real anti aging ingredient available to pregnant women, realistically, is SPF and sun avoidant behaviour).
All the BR P50 lotions contain BHA though in a small amount (although off the top of my head the W version does not contain it or a weaker derivative form, you'd have to check the INCI) and dermatologists sort of are in disagreement over BHA use during pregnancy. Some say it's perfectly safe at under 2% (which is the legal limit) and others say avoid just to be safe so you'll have to make your own decision on that. Personally, I'd feel safe with face products in low amounts but I'd avoid using BHA in any concentration on the body as that's just a larger surface area.
Potentially you could try copper peptides, also meant to be close to retinol in performance. I've never used it and remain somewhat skeptical, but less skeptical than about bakuchiol, evidence seems more substantive for CP. The NIOD one is meant to be good.
Or if you really want to splurge, Bioeffect EGF serum, not copper, but other peptides. It really does boost the look of skin. But tiny bottle, very expensive, and it doesn't work for everyone to the same effect. They sometimes come in advent calendars in a sample size that'll last you a few weeks, maybe you can source one from Vinted/ebay/depop.
