Which outfit? And shoes help!

For a wedding in a couple of weeks. I have both outfits and probably prefer the skirt but wonder if not smart enough.

And in either case - what shoes (or boots?)? I can't wear high heeled straps sandals like the models! Might even need tights?

River Island has a nice sequin tank top you could wear under whatever jacket you had planned, and then sleeveless so not too sweaty for evening dancing. Also wearable with jeans/trousers etc for future.

They have yellow and gold and the yellow looks pretty gold to me and is on sale.

Oh I do like the tank and the gold top linked below! But - my skin is super fair/pinky in tone with freckles...gold against my face is not good!! Black works ok but not very wedding-y - the cream top I have has sparkly bits in it.

All very tricky!! I'll defo wear the skirt again - as a short person I love the length not swamping me (I bought the dress in petite and it's still nearly ankle length!) and will wear it for Xmas events even if not the wedding.

I think the cream top would be fine. Is the skirt black or navy? Either or, try and get a statement piece of jewellery in black or navy and that will break the cream up. You won't be mistaken for the bride! Plus I assume you won't be sitting at the top table!

It's black so that's a good idea - black and gold statement necklace. Perfect.

I also love the dress, I must be 'drab' too 😏

I don't like any of the other dresses suggested.
