Sun damage on my face

I had cryo pen on some sun damage, but I’ve still got a few ‘freckles’ that have not been treated. I think I need to start something to get rid of that too. What do you suggest ?

Microneedling with someone who does medical grade.

I have a lady who had quite a large sunspot in her cheek and it faded significantly.

@Overthinkingperhaps is that like a tattoo?

Microneedling is almost like a tattoo gun without ink. It pierces the skin with lots of little needles to encourage your skin to produce collagen.

Sun spots are a form of hyperpigmentation. I would recommend trying a good, strong Vitamin C serum. Something over 20%. Vit C is quite volatile and doesn't play well with some ingredients so a lot of products aren't strong enough or don't last long. I would recommend Garden of Wisdom's 23% + Ferulic Acid from Victoria Health. I use it every other morning. It took a while but my melasma patches completely dissapeared. I would also recommend storing it in your fridge. The temperature and the dark help it last longer. A bottle lasts me 2 months.

Also, Vitamin C at that strength might leave a tingling, almost burning sensation for a minute or two. That's normal, your skin will adjust so integrate it gradually if you end up using it.
