Tooth-plaque removers

I keep seeing these on social media, has anyone used them? I find plaque builds up a bit on the inside of my bottom teeth but worried these may damage enamel.
Would love any one to tell me their experience, good or bad 😊

Thanks, all the blurb says they don’t scratch but vibrate. I have hygienist appointments but wondered about this as an in between product.

Tartar (calculus) is plaque that has been left , undisturbed , for at least 24 to 48 hours. It then becomes hard and you can't brush it off.

If at any time in that 48 hours you managed to get a tooth brush, interdental brush or floss onto the plaque and scrub it away you would not get tartar building up and would not need to remove it.

So rather than spending money on instruments that cannot replicate what a hygienists ultrasonic does , spend money on disclosing tablets , interdental brushes and floss and use them every day to stop the problem in the first place.
