What are peoples verdict?

I'd seen a few things I liked on the web and noticed they were on sale so I ordered. Even with the discount I'd say they were still reasonably higher end prices.

Just arrived and I'm so disappointed in the quality. The cotton joggers are very thin and you can tell by looking at them that they will go bobbly after a few washes. Colour and style also looks very different from the picture.

The quality seems like it should be more Primark/H&M prices.

Oh that's a shame. I keep looking at their clothes and trying to decide whether to buy especially as they are definitely higher end than I usually go for.

Will it be easy to return them?

Hopefully. I've kept the sweatshirt but will send the joggers back. Not sure if it's free returns or not...

That was my experience too, the money goes on marketing, not the clothes.

AgnesX · 24/08/2023 11:58

I ordered a couple of allegedly casual but smart pieces and found them vastly overpriced and not that great quality. They looked like nothing on earth on me given that my shape isn't quite standard ie big chest and tum.

everycowandagain · 24/08/2023 12:06

I had a nightmare returning items to them. They don't process your refund until 14 days AFTER they receive the item back, and even then I had to hassle them several times to get it done. Would never order from them again.

MehMam · 24/08/2023 12:20

I've bought a few items and like their designs. The only thing that's put me off them is that they have a pair of boots called the 'Noho boot' which has always been priced around £250. However, when I looked at their site recently, I noticed they've added something which reads 'usually retails at £400' which isn't true. It's been priced at £250 since September 2022 at least. A well-known marketing trick that's not illegal, I suppose.

originaltastecoke · 24/08/2023 12:52

I definitely wouldn't order again. So disappointing especially seeing as they don't have a physical shop you would expect their overheads to be lower = lower prices.

Pebblepaint · 24/08/2023 13:05

This should be my go to brand, I love everything on their site and it suits my lifestyle exactly, but I've ordered a couple of times and always sent everything back. The quality is appalling for the price.

sodthesodoff · 24/08/2023 13:08

Oh there's loads of pages on them here. They're a bunch of charlatans

Shite quality clothes. Impossible to return

I had an issue with them and they blocked me on social media instead of you know, sorting the problem

They went off social media for quite a while. I hear they're back now. Surprised as I only ever hear of complaints about quality/customer service. (Except for the people they have to pay to say their stuff is nice!)

joan12 · 24/08/2023 13:15

Hm..I bought some things about a year ago and they were fine, well cut, good materials. The white linen boyfriend shirt was really good quality linen. The black cotton biker jacket was disappointing though. I do agree they are overpriced and not keen on the obviously fake 'reductions'

jumphopskip · 24/08/2023 13:22

I ordered a couple of things a few years ago. I kept the white t shirt, which was fine but no better than Uniqlo quality or cut. I also ordered a jersey blazer thing, and one of the shoulders was cut in a lopsided way. I asked to return it on basis that it was faulty, and they did agree but seemed bemused that I considered it to be faulty.

Oh no really - wish I'd done a search before ordering. Ugh wonder if it's worthwhile bothering to return then.

They're not quick, but I did get my money back without chasing because I didn't realise how slow they'd been until I got my statement

They used to trade under a different name and had such appalling Trustpilot reviews they changed their name. They were renowned for not refunding if you’d taken items out of the plastic bag to try them on. Awful company.

That's right! Zaggora

They abandoned social media then too...

Honestly I've never had such shite service. And I buy a lot of stuff online.

They fucked up with my personal details in a security breach and I asked them to send confirmation they'd removed all my details. And then they blocked me...

I was incensed because it wasn't like I was being rude or asking anything unreasonable... but you know just checking they were following standard laws and regulations.

HauntedPencil · 24/08/2023 13:49

I've ordered from them and was disappointed too and it took AGES to get a refund and I had to chase like crazy.

The things look nice in the pictures but are so pricey - dress £129 should be £300 etc

Seems like the type of stuff that would be great if it was half the price so I don't know why they shoot so high cos the quality isn't there

HauntedPencil · 24/08/2023 13:50

I would return tho - send it recorded and signed for and chase and keep on them

MotherofGorgons · 24/08/2023 13:52

I bought a pair of trousers which looked fine, but washed terribly and went bobbly.

DoodlesMam · 24/08/2023 13:56

I bought a few of their things from Vinted as I was not prepared to pay £loads for a brand as yet unassessed. The dress was nice but basically a T shirt. Good cut and washed ok. The 'cambridge' blazer was not very great = thin fabric, skimpy cut, off black (looked faded). so i'd get their stuff off vinted and not pay the full amount. Sizing was a bit random too, trousers too big, blazer too small. dress about right.

teaandtoastwithmarmite · 24/08/2023 14:22

I made a post asking about these a while ago and glad I did as most people said the same as they have here

I feel like an idiot that I didn't read any of these posts! Their marketing is spot on because it looks like a really high end brand.

I know this is an old post but thank you all - I loved the look of some stuff that appeared in targeted ads on social media but for these prices I’d expect good quality! I’m always suspicious of companies that appear on my feeds but I’ve never heard of. This confirms that I’m right to be!

Maidofnorway · 30/06/2024 09:56

Has anyone bought their Noho boots? If so, would you share your honest reviews of them. Thx!

GreenShady · 30/06/2024 10:03

I've bought things in the past - their casual trousers ie wide legged or straight legged jersey are very well cut and flattering but in my experience the waist runs small and they start to fade after a while.
I've previously had a few dresses - nice quality, made for giants though.
Some of their newer dresses look nice but these days I wouldn't pay their prices so I steer clear.
