What is your style in your 40's?

Copying another thread - what is your style in your 40's. And are you early/mid/late 40's?

MollyVolley where do you get your 'naice knitwear' from please?

I wear a lot of black and navy and some dark brown.

I wear a lot of high waisted wide leg trousers and jeans with tops either tucked in or slightly cropped. Summer is vest tops and sandals, winter is woolly jumpers and boots or trainers. I love a fur coat and big cashmere scarves.

I definitely have a look at the moment.

These pictures aren’t me, but pretty much my look.

Mid 40s. My style is pretty boring but my wardrobe is fairly streamlined so I don't have to think too hard about getting ready in the mornings.

Work is either ankle grazer or wide leg trousers in black or navy, a shirt (I have lots of essentially the same shirt in different colours), sometimes a blazer, brogues or loafers.

Weekends are usually straight leg jeans or cargo pants with a breton top or plain long sleeve t-shirt. Ballet flats with jeans, trainers or birkenstocks with cargo pants. Chelsea boots in winter.

Coats are a beige trench for warmer weather, a grey wool coat for winter.

It's boring but it works.
