I'm sorry but I don't like them. They are bit reminiscent of the 'Karen' 'talk to the manager' haircut. I hate both of those terms but it's the easiest way to describe them.
I think they look passable in the photos because they are highly styled and photographed well. I'm not sure they'd be so good in real life.
Sorry I don't want to offend you but I wouldn't go for this cut

You do need to have shorter hair trimmed more often, but it’s usually quicker and easier to style in the morning, so swings and merry-go-rounds, really.
