I looked okay at 50. I'm now almost 54 and my eyelids are a bit droopy and I have a saggy neck! How can that happen in 3-4 years??!!

If I took HRT it would literally only be to see if my looks improved, as I have no negative menopause symptoms! Surely that's not worth the cancer risk.

I believe the cancer risk myth was debunked - yes there is a very small increased risk with HRT - similar to other risk factors like smoking, obesity and excess alcohol.
In fact, I'm pretty sure obesity is a higher risk factor (but happy to be corrected).

HRT can also prevent (or improve) atrophy in areas including vaginal and muscle.

I haven't aged rapidly. 59 and no HRT.

Though never smoke barely drink eat very healthily plenty of water. Good genes too.

Urghh I’m with you! Foreo Bear is good for drooping eyelids. Dermapen treatment to improve skin. A good hydrating serum. I love La Roche Posay B5 one. Alpha Liquid Gold is a great exfoliator. A little bit filler in the cheeks to lift. Teeny touch. Jawline too can help. My neck is my main issue and I’ve had dermapen on it which I’m not sure made much difference. I have some neck cream but I’m not good at remembering. I’m thinking of Profilho.

Both alcohol and red meat consumption increase your risk of breast cancer to a similar rate as HRT. Its all about weighing up your personal risk factors and needs. Like other posters have said their are longer term benefits such as stronger bones and heart protection with newer forms of HRT.

I don't smoke or drink either and keep fit and active. I still take HRT in addition.
