So I probably know the answer to the latter part of my question, but I do often read how certain vitamins, such as zinc, can help to at least slow the process down.
I started sprouting the odd grey in my early 20's and for the next 10 years it stayed the same. I maybe had 10 to 20 dotted around, so really not that bothered. However, since hitting the end of my 30's, I would say I'm now about 20% grey and most are at my parting, so along with my very dark brown hair, it's really starting to stand out and I HATE having my hair dyed. Currently using Colour Wow powder in between, which us very meh, for me anyway.
Anyway, back to the original question, has anyone actually had any success in slowing down the process with diet and/or supplementation? Feeling a bit down on myself recently, as along side the grey, I've also had a fair amount of thinning and just generally feel like I'm losing my spark a bit.
