@sonjadog I have two linen dresses, one wool tunic and a pair of linen baggies. All fabric pre-washed, no shrinking or twisting - even after a decade.
One linen dress is made of unusually thick linen, it is a pig to iron - do it straight out of the machine is best, they don't seem to have this fabric in stock at the moment. It is bramble proof and very rugged.
Next linen dress is made from a finer thread but tight wove denim material, much easier to iron and does not get too creased, just a light crumple when being worn.
Wool tunic, just shove in a wool wash, shake and ironing is optional.
Linen baggies, lighter and looser weave but still heavier than most linen on the high street. Crack well before hanging out. Smooth well, screw up and crack again - they have a slight seersucker / crumpled look as opposed to creased. They'd probably tumble nicely.
You can do controlled creasing of linen by rolling it into a bundle from one side and then twisting it. Lots of little vertical creases are formed. It takes practice and a few repeats to get it looking right and only works with light to mid weight fabric.
