I assume that's what they are...little white hard things under the skin. I'm 63 ffs!!!

Some beauticians can remove milia with a needle. It’s not something you can do at home or by yourself.

I get milia when I use balms near the eye so mine can't be removed, or better yet, the risk isn't worth it for me. I just leave my skin alone and they go away after a while.
I have a steel thingy which can be used for removing milia and black spots, still I've never really used it because I don't want to take the risk near the eye as the skin's so thin. I'd probably consider it on the chin though. I have something similar to this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Titanium-Blackhead-Whitehead-Extractor-Professional/dp/B09Q5HL9YR/ref=sr_1_25?crid=12XXV8R24ZZQL&keywords=milia+remover+tool&qid=1689445670&sprefix=milia+remover+tool%2Caps%2C145&sr=8-25
You could use glycolic acid every other day (then again it's summer so not the best time as you need to go heavy on the SPF or you get spots).
In your shoes I'd go to a dermatologist if you aren't willing to wait, otherwise it will go away in time. I'd also seriously have a look at what you're putting on your skin. In my case it's always balms that give me milia.
There was this NARS foundation that gave me a rash along my chin that looked similar to milia too but that disappeared faster. Face balms also give me a rash.

I'm not attempting doing it myself! I think suncream is a factor

I removed a couple from my cheek recently with no issues. If you search YouTube you can see how it’s done. Having a magnifying mirror was a help.

Ive removed a few on my face over the years, I press a pair of blunt flat head tweezers right up against the side, pull the skin tight or put my finger under the skin if I can get my hand in my mouth (Ive had some on my upper lip before) and just press, and it pops out

You shouldnt do that near the eye though obviously

My skin is very very picky about sunscreen! And when I wore a mask over sunscreen that's when my skin exploded along the chin.
If it's a sunscreen allergy it should go away by itself and it's unlikely to be milia I think. You can use Clinique's exfoliating solution (Step 2 I think) with a cotton pad before going to bed and get a new sunscreen.

Just go to a local beautician and get them removed - either with a needle, or electrolysis. I had a couple, and this was brilliant.

Oceanus · 15/07/2023 19:54

Oh wow! I've just started electrolysis and had no idea it could be used for milia too.

I get lots of them and always remove them safely and successfully myself with a needle

How does the electrolysis work? Do they zap it and then leave it or pull it out after, like they do with hair?

Hopingforagreatescape · 16/07/2023 10:37

@Oceanus They zap it and then leave it and after a week or two it just kinds of dries up and comes off. It's really effective.
