I am an 8-10 and have always worn sarongs on the beach, my bikini days are over thanks to the stretch marks but there are some really nice sarongs out there.
Tescos have some lovely beach wear!

Fake tan before you even start. That'll hide rice pudding thighs a bit.

SoupDragon · 25/02/2008 12:44

A bikini. You are a mother! Celebrate your wrinkly tum and dimply thighs Look at what they helped produce! (well, maybe not the thighs. They probably didn't have a lot to do with it )

BoysOnToast · 25/02/2008 12:44

oh god yes, bikinis are not going to work for me unless i suddenly develop a desire to work out every day (not likely)

Go retro and buy one of those 1940s jobs then you'll be the quirkiest woman on the beach.
Don't buy a shroud, it just looks sooo yesterday.

BoysOnToast · 25/02/2008 13:45

yes, quirky sounds about right.

so no exciting links to droolsome swimwear then? [hopes dashed]

ho hum

a burka sounds quite attractive tbh...
