Curious to hear recommendations for products you swear by. I don’t use much make up and keep it very minimal but I don’t mind spending a bit for good products as I tend to use them all before buying new stuff (except for lipsticks).

My must haves are:
Bare Minerals powder fundation (I also try new ones every winter but always like to have one of these in my make up bag)
Charlotte Tilbury and Lisa Eldridge lipsticks (mostly the mat ones)
Nars Orgasm blush

Oh and Elf Instant Lift Eyebrow pencil which is only £3! Brilliant product.

Erborian CC cream - just discovered this but very happy

Glossier cloud paint in Beam - been using for years. Perfect shade and texture.

Benefit high beam - ditto

L'Oréal Lash Paradise Extatic mascara in brown. I've tried loads of expensive ones and neither the texture nor application of this is as good as those, but I've got quite hooded eyes and it's the only non-waterproof one that doesn't come off all over my upper lid/brow.

I’ve recently bought a colour corrector in green as I have quite a bit of pink/redness in my cheeks and omg it’s a game changer. A few dabs of that and properly evens out my skin tone and takes the redness away.

Guerlain L’Or Radiance primer
Nars Radiant Creamy Corrector
Trinny eye primer (too cool so will change)
Victoria Beckham Satin Kajal eyeliner in brown (extremely soft and thick, so I apply with a tiny brush). Also various Stila coloured liquid liners.
Benefit brown mascara
Nars Santa Fe foundation mixed with a little of their Fiji foundation to yellow it up
Chanel no 1 cheek balm in Wake up Pink (it’s actually orange)
Mac Skinfinish Sunstruck Radiance bronzer
Chanel Ivory Gold highlighter
Laura Mercier concealer
Various YSL coral lipsticks. Favourite is Rouge Volupte Shine no 46 Orange Perfecto

DaisyWaldron · 13/07/2023 08:23

Missha BB cream.
Mac Mehr lipstick
Benefit Precisely brow pencil

The others are negotiable. I used to adore Maybelline Snapscara, but I think it's been discontinued and I'm searching for the perfect replacement tubing mascara and wincing at the price of all the rest.

KnitFastDieWarm · 13/07/2023 10:46

everyday:
glossier stretch concealer
glossier cloud paint in puff - my holy grail pink
elf laminate brow gel
loreal lash paradise mascara in brown/black
burts bee rose tinted lip balm

if i’m feeling fancy:
stila felt tip black eyeliner
mac ruby woo lipstick

I've recently discovered Erborian. The anti redness cc cream is perfect for evening out my complexion and hiding the red areas. I don't need any bb cream or foundation over it, it's that good. Their bb eye cream and concealer is also amazing and really works on hiding dark shadows.

MabelMoo23 · 13/07/2023 20:28

Erborian CC cream
Westman Atelier Baby cheeks
hourglass unlocked mascara
Victoria Beckham satin kajal liner
Lisa Eldridge lipsticks - total convert
