Can someone tell me what I've bought?

I bought this 'bodysuit' in the CK sale which is described as underwear: www.calvinklein.co.uk/bodysuit-modern-performance-000qf6928eub1

It arrived today and I love it. Super flattering and comfy. Except it doesn't have a snap fastening at the base as per descriptio). It also says it's chlorine resistant. Have I just bought a swimming suit? I'm confused 😂

And at a swimming pool or in the sea if you do get pee on a swimming costume there's almost always going to be the option of rinsing it out and putting the wet costume back on. That's not really feasible if OP is wearing this as underwear.

I reckon a seamstress could add snap fastenings. She
might need to add a little insert if the overlap took too gusset away

I have at least two body suits that don’t have fasteners. Just hoick it over to the side, you will get used to it…

This is why I buy tankinis so we get separate swimming shorts and top. Plus my daughter has severe autism/ADHD and won't do it different to how she usually does so will pull it down.

Having worn bodysuits clubbing in the 90's I learnt quire early on to hoik it to one side. -- I think my work colleage let me in on the secret when I was recounting a difficult toilet trip trying to re-popper it after one to many malibu and cokes..... Since then always a Holker.

Not really supportive @KirstyL91 , but I have tiny boobs so not really an issue for me!

While it looks like a swimsuit, it doesn't really feel like one, so maybe it's meant to be activewear of some sort?! Hence the quick drying fabric?

No idea about the bodysuit but it's nice to see a model in a fairly average size as well as a slender model. So often companies use models in different sizes by having one size 6 and one size 26 and nothing in between, which never seems that helpful for the majority of shoppers.

It says 'modern performance' so that is what it is for, gym, dance, maybe aqua dancing or whatever that swim dancing is called. A triathon or any sport performance.

I would say swimsuit. It looks similar to a few I've had over the years.
I may have to check and see if they ship to Canada 🇨🇦. With my luck though I would get the snaps. 😆

I woukd say based on the design that it’s designed to look like a swim suit, but can be used as underwear to in that it’s comfortable. So it your happy with the fit, how does it matter, the stitching would suggest swim suit, I would expect a move hidden stitch on underwear, just enjoy
