Funeral wear for 11 year old

Does anyone have any suggestions for DD to wear to a funeral please?

I'm looking for a dress in navy or grey maybe. I'm not keen on black for kids but would consider it if I see something appropriate.

I've searched Next and M&S (my go-to shops for kids) but was really disappointed. Where else can I look?

Depends what sort of dress you're after.. if you search black dress teenage girl, or funeral dress teenage girl, you'll find most of the teenage ranges start at 11 to 12.
Next have some, amazon have some, chi chi London have some fancier ones, boohoo do a petite range with sizes 4 and 6 that would prob fit her

We went to a funeral last week and my young teen wore this dress. She looked smart, respectful, and it was age appropriate

How about a black or charcoal grey t shirt dress?
some Nike or DKNY ones have very subtle logos

Sorry for your loss...but you are definitely overthinking this OP. Just put her in a pair of black trousers and a blouse, or any navy dress.

Sorry for your loss op. Had my mums funeral earlier this year. DD wore a speckled black skirt from HandM we had actually bought for her school play. If she didn't have that we would have used a New Look black school skirt. It was cold then so she had a cream blouse, black cardigan and black coat. She did look smart though we don't need to be as my mum didn't believe in dressing up for funerals but she was concerned herself about making an effort. As we both had very light/ bright coloured old coats I bought myself a black waterfall coat from new look and her a long black coat which cost about £60 together. In this weather you could go for a jersey blazer or cardigan for DD?

Would either of these dresses do for her age?

Thank you to everyone. I have some great ideas now. My mind was blank.

This will be my mums funeral and I just want to make it as easy for everyone as possible. It won't be though but that's a different thread....

I'm off shopping now

Sorry for your loss. Totally get what you mean. Clothes ARE important for funerals, not because of what people think about the look, who cares about that! But because good clothes make you feel stronger and better.
