Lightweight concealer with decent coverage

Going for a weekend away, hand luggage only so looking at concealer rather than foundation for space and its going to be hot.
It's a city break so I'll want some makeup on but really needs to be lightweight.
I usually use Revolution conceal and define but it's just too heavy for hot weather. I'm after something with similar coverage but much less cakey.
My skin isn't too bad blemish wise (at the moment!) So it's mainly to cover redness round my nose, chin and jaw area.
I do have oily skin though so not after anything glowy.
I wish there was such a thing as a gel concealer as I feel that would tick every box!
I'm also after something in a tube rather than a tub so I can take it out with me and it won't melt!

Does anyone have any suggestions.

Thank you!

Nars radiant creamy

Maybelline Fit Me.
Always used Bobbi Brown or Nars but grabbed one of these when neither were in stock in my colour. Can't tell the difference. Won't be going back to paying £20+ that's for sure!

I was actually looking at the Maybelline One.
I've always been put off the Nars one with it being called creamy. I imagine a bit of an oil slick on my face after a few hours!

@Plump82 I would be tempted to go to the different makeup counters and see if you could get a sample of the foundations they recommend to take away and try and use one of those ( provided they are suitable) rather than buy a concealer. I think some counters offer a ten day sample.

I’d also recommend Nars Creamy Concealer. I have quite oily skin and it lasts well for me.

That's a good shout. Wonder if I could even do that in duty free at the airport as I'm not sure when I can next get into Glasgow.

Erborian BB cream comes in 15ml travel size.

Estée Lauder will give you a generous sample of foundation that will last at least a week! The Futurist Hydra Rescue is lovely and what I'm using at the moment.

This is good. It is in a pot but lasts hours and doesn't need retouching. However if you wanted to retouch you could dab a bit on a retractable brush to take with you. The shade I linked to corrects redness. Dab on area wanted with small brush and blend by blotting with a clean fluffy brush.

Retractable brush for travel.

Just throwing this out there, it might not suit. Anyway I'm kinda older.... so any kind of foundation gets stuck in the grooves lol.

I now use Mineral Magic perfection (it's a powder like thing), and even though I have blotchy skin in places, this works great for me. I don't know what it is, but the coverage is very subtle but very effective. The bonus is it doesn't need to go in the plastic bag of doom for travel.

But I'm probably an outlier.

Elf Camo Concealer. The hydrating one is easier to work with as it is slower drying but the non-hydrating is better if you have oily skin.

Boots No. 7 lift and luminate serum concealer. Bought for myself, but teenage DD loves it.

I was actually looking at mineral make up on Sephora and thought about Lily Lolo. I've seen the Mineral Magic in Asda and always wondered about it. Does it work with any skin colour?

Another vote for NARS. Just packing for a holiday and wouldn’t be without it.
