Post baby body - shall I keep my new curves?

I have always been tall and willowy size 8. And have bum, boobs, but really quite boyish other than that. But, after have my latest baby (she is 8 weeks old) my post-baby body includes a lovely defined waist and hourglass figure. BUT also, some not so lovely love handles and a wobby bum.

After baby number 1 I did slim back within a year without trying at all and was happy with the result. But, at the moment, I get a certain pleasure out of wearing a gorgeous sexy waist belt with a dress and feeling ggggrrreat! Previously, had hardly any defined waist and would usually go for clothes that his that fact.

What did you find worked for you? Was it just a hassle to have to wear control garments to smooth out any bumps? And realise there are some things that you just cannot wear? Is there an inbetween that can be achieved? I.E through Pilates or something simular?

my ds is 19 months old and before i was a size 6. I had boobs but NO hips or waist and clothes just didnt fit. Got huge belly whilst pg (im only 5'3!) and i am now an 8. I have a WAIST and HIPS!! I am a little hourglass and i love it! Felt fat at first but now realise that you are SUPPOSED to have curves no matter what size you are!

oh and to answer your last Q i do pilates once a week and swim once a week. Dont think you want to go hard at it or your body shape will prob change, you dont want to lose weight, just remain fit and pilates is great way for that
