Are the muslin cloths sold with the cleanser the same as baby ones? Or is there something special about them?

I don't know if there's something special about them but they're not the same. Thinner, more delicate, smaller with green round the outside. The size and green bit probably not relevant...

I think the muslin is thinner, they are mainly a little exfoliating.. I loved them for a while.. then moved products

Bluestocking · 20/02/2008 14:16

The ones that come with the Eve Lom cleanser are a bit thinner and smaller than baby muslins, but mainly they are just much more expensive!

ArcticRoll · 20/02/2008 15:05

Think the baby ones are a bit rougher in texture.

Thanks all. Just wondering if I have to order the cloths with the cleanser as I have a drawful of redundant muslins...

I have just started using liz earle and the muslins are slightly rougher, so they exfoliate the skin.

oranges · 21/02/2008 10:36

what do you do with the muslins? do you have to rinse it out each time, or do you throw them out?

flowerybeanbag · 21/02/2008 10:38

Rinse out then leave to try, then wash and use again after a couple of uses.

oranges · 21/02/2008 10:39

ah! that is what I feared. not sure I can cope with yet more additions to my laundry pile, appealing though her stuff seems. I'll have to stick to washing off a cleanser with water.

nickytwotimes · 21/02/2008 10:41

I've been using the liz earle cleanser for a while, but use a face cloth to remove it as it is quite exfoliating

oranges · 21/02/2008 10:43

don't you then have to wash the face cloth anyway, if it has cleanser on it?

nickytwotimes · 21/02/2008 10:49

A good rinse and washed every few days - sorry!

oranges · 21/02/2008 10:51

don't be sorry! that sounds much more like what i'd do! Can't bear the thought of generating more washing every single day.

hifi · 21/02/2008 10:59

someone ages ago suggested the jam muslins from lakeland, 4.40 i think. i have two muslins from le on the go only wash every 3 to 4 days.
