I'm off to London next week.

Cocktails in a swanky bar (no sportswear)

Beyonce concert in the evening

Walking round London during the day.

Not going home in between.

No desire to carry a large bag all day with a change of outfits.

Had it not been no sportswear, I'd have worn smart trainers with a blazer and jeans, as that's my happy place.

Inspiration for what to wear very welcome. Budget is not big.

Which Timberland sandals @gogohmm ? I'm looking and tempted...

Hmmm I’m not sure I have any shoes comfortable enough to walk all day in that I’d feel ok about wearing in the kind of bar that says “no trainers”. It’s going to be warm next week… have you got a black midi dress and chunky sandals ?

What about some flat sling backs like Palmairas or similar?

I’d pick a different bar.

If you wear a disco ball cowboy hat, surely no one will notice will notice what’s on your feet .

I’d be quite tempted to wear some version of Docs in this scenario. Or at least some flat sandals with a decent sole.

The obvious solution is to wear trainers, jeans and a blazer as you said, and just carry alternative footwear for the bar you're going to.
