What the hell has done this to my Miracle Oil rubber pipette?!!

So I've had this on the go since Christmas twice weekly or so use and it's been sat happily on an open shelf on a rack next to the sink. No direct sun or heat get near it.

Just looked at it while brushing my teeth and the pipette has a perfect round hole in and it looks and feels like, when I stick a clean cotton bud in as if something has melted it. So weird

What on earth could have caused this?!!

I'm gutted it was gorgeous oil. Wondering whether to decant it into a pot

I use a Neals Yard face oil and have given up on the droppers with a rubber bulb on top - they always perish in the way you describe. Now I just keep the screw top on and apply with my fingers.

I’ve had the same thing happen. I hadn’t even opened it. I am not sure if I should use it on my skin?

Same here, thankfully I had used most of the product up when it happened. Kept upright in a cool dark drawer.

Mine too! I’ll contact Liberty! I love the miracle oil but not keen on melted black rubber!

I contacted Liberty via WhatsApp and they were going to send a new one out or give me £20 credit. I went for the credit and used it towards the calendar.
