Tretinoin World. I’m sure there are many other posts about this but if you’re considering trying to buy Tretinoin online, avoid this company. I have not received my order and my emails are ignored. Surprise, surprise, the review they asked for has not been posted on their website.

It's so frustrating when businesses don't respond the complaints. I've purchased from them a few times over the past couple of years and have never had any issues.

You may get a response if you post on Nadine Baggott's Facebook page. The owner of TW did use to be a member of the group, not sure if she still is.

I remember hearing that TW had supply issues during the pandemic, but really they should not be taking orders if they don't have the stock.

You could try ordering from Farmacia Andorra - not sure if there would be customs charges as it's based in the EU, but I have been ordering tretinoin from them for a few years, the brand is called Retirides.

I've used them twice in the past six months and haven't had a problem - fast delivery too. I hope you manage to get your order sorted out

Thanks for the reassuring replies. I thought it was strange as I heard about the company from here. The order should have arrived a month ago. I contacted them a few weeks ago and someone replied at first and said they’d get back to me but I’ve had no replies to my emails since. There are loads of reviews online from people having the same experience as me. I was given a tracking number for Royal Mail but Royal Mail never received the item.

Can I know which % is working for people? x

I used 0.025 for a couple of years, then moved up to 0.05 for a couple of years, and then moved on to 0.1. But even with consistent use my skin kept on peeling with 0.1 so I went back down to 0.05 and my face is much happier.

Similar to SilentParrot, I started with 0.025% and after a year or so worked my way up to 0.05% , which I have stuck to for a few years now and my skin has acclimatised fine, so I'm happy with that.
I don't feel the need to go up to 0.1% as it would just be more irritation for not much more results. From what I have read online the key thing is consistent use over time.

There was a study done a few years ago which compared two groups, one started using the lowest strength 0.025% and the other started on 0.1%.
After one year of use they found both groups had very similar results, (the 0.1% group results were slightly better, but not enough to be statistically significant) - however the group using higher strength reported far more irritation.

Op, don't give up. A few months ago there was a poster on who'd been waiting ages and had given up. She received it a couple of days after posting. So you never know.
On a separate point, I thought you got the tracking number from the post office when you actually handed the goods over to them and they put all the stickers and stamps on.

It seems like a lot of people are saying that TretinoinWorld take really long and some say they never received their order?

I've had a look and it looks like they take PayPal which I think is always a good thing because if you pay through them it's easy to claim the money back if it doesn't arrive. Although it can take a while

Another thing to consider if you've never used the product before is buying through somewhere like skin and me or I think the other one is dermatica if you've never used pure tretinion before

A lot of people have said skin+me and dermatica are super watered down versions so it takes twice the normal time with their tretinoin to see a difference.

No still no reply, I must’ve sent 30 emails now over the last few weeks 🤣 whenever I think of it I send an email asking them to please reply.. but nothing. Kicking myself that I didn’t pay by credit card so I would’ve had protection!
