I don’t mean accepted yourself as you are but have actually sorted out the area you are unhappy about? At 45, I am on a mission to finally stop moaning and do something about my legs - slim down, muscle definition, thread veins, cellulite...
I have not loved them since teenage years but it’s only now when the knees started to ache, I have learned to appreciate how much I love my legs, why I am not giving them TLC instead of slagging the off.
Any success stories for inspiration and motivation?
