Need a New Swimsuit/Bikini

I'm a size 16 - 18, huge boobs, I go in at the waist, but have a vast menopausal tummy right now.

I'm out of shape after a fracture and a period of non-exercise.

I need something that makes me look shapely and supports my boobs - I need bra style sizing. I tend to think that bikinis are often more flattering than swimsuits - I think I look like a block in one.

Am I imagining that? When I see larger-sized women, I always think bikinis look better generally.

Anyway, I'm thinking 50's style bikini - but plain dark colour, no patterns - and big pants-style bottoms. I've seen the Freya ones, they look okay, but I'd love some recommendations to be honest.

I don't care what it costs, if it makes me looks as good as possible - I'll be speaking a month by the pool and living in it.

Thank you!

I have ordered a few from Cupshe, not expecting much, but they turned out to be really good! They have a lot of choice so you can definitely get proper bras, and they have a lot of high-waisted bottoms

They are pricey but brilliant, Miraclesuit.

Take a size up, they are on the small side.

Belle lingerie sells separates

Fantasie are my favourite for bikini tops but their XL bottoms aren't really big enough. They look huge but I still manage to spill out of them.

Bikini defo more flattering for huge boobs.

I got a beautiful bikini from cupshe last year. Very flattering. This year Im looking at seafancy as they do tankinis with shorts. Love the idea of not showing my butt off.

I must come across as a brand ambassador for Bravissimo or something at the moment as I've recommended this so many times but the Riviera bikini is blue and white stripes (does that count as patterned), has great support and high waist bottoms. I tried a few more sporty ones thinking the support would be better but this won.

Worth checking out the reviews on Trust Pilot before you order. I looked at them and concluded I wasn't prepared to take a punt on that.

I like Boden (generally on sale) - I wear a size 16 generally and have found their swimsuits very flattering. I size up for their swimming costumes though!

@Augend23 thanks! I’ll check trust pilot out.

I've got my eye on Deakin & Blue - not cheap but they look v supportive and have great reviews

Really appreciate all the help - I've got about 12 tabs open right now with all your recommendations Grin
