Hi Danae, go for the eyebrows first. They frame your face. Ring up and make an appointment with a good beautician asap. Good luck

Ok, start from the top.

Get a half decent cleanser/exfoliator. I love Boots Time Delay in a big glass jar which really cleans your skin, and takes eye make up off too. You clean it off with a hot muslin cloth, sounds like a faff but So isn't. Get the moisturiser from the same range, SPF in it and it is very good. Their micro dermabrasion kit is excellent for clearing congested skin, I have tried!

Eye brows, get thee to a proffessional, unless you are confident with a pair of Tweezers.

Neck and decolleage, moisturise with SPF in, and disguise with necklines or chunky beads. Get a whitening toothpaste. Use it 3 times a day.

Have a consultation with a hairdresser to see if dying your hair is a viable option, or dealing with the condition and keeping it grey. There are lots of leave- in- for -30 mins- hair masks around which will really help the condition of it.

Nails...start painting them with clear or pale 'French Manicure' style colours. Put cream on your cuticles at bedtime. I guarantee they will look 100% better in a week. Keep handcream by all your sinks, and in your handbag.

Eat sensible food, and not a lot of it! Make your portions smaller. Don't eat biscuits or crisps everyday. Drinking water will be great instead of snacking.

Get a foot pumice and get into the habit of sloughing off the dead stuff on your heels after each shower and bath. Apply cream at night time, it can be the same cream you put on your hands.
Phew! You are going to look gorgeous!! Best of British Luck to you. Oh, and feel free to ignore any of this advice! (I'm not exactly Kate Moss but I'm not quite over the hill yet!)

stop biting your nails
get some great underwear
mositurise the hands until they glow
every time you moisturise your face do neck/decolletege too
find a shampoo that really suits your hair type
get some spray on shine for hair - I like citreshine - you don't need much but it does help
flexitol smells rotten but is great for hoof feet - has turned mine around in a couple of weeks
do the eyebrows first though - oh, and then buy some of that clear gel eyebrow grooming stuff (No 7 do it) a quick brush makes the hairs go in the same direction and look far less scarey

I put a photo up on my profile so you can see the finished result...no a great pic but you get the idea. Went with the brown dress in the end. Didn't you say you had something coming up I could trawl the net looking for stuff for? or have I missed it?

OOps, hijack over! Sorry
