Sandals/shoes for a boiling hot office in summer

I'm dreading this summer. I have a neurological condition that means I am very heat sensitive and our office is boiling hot.

I think I'd love some sandals that look smart enough for the office but will help me stay as cool as possible. They need to be flat (ish) due to my neurological condition.

It's public sector so dress code isnt too strict but I have quite a senior role so feel the pressure to look smart really

(The office used to be freezing to the point I took in huge thick cardigans to wear in the summer, so this is a new challenge!)

I only do 2 days in the office, and if I feel really bad then yes I can WFH even then, but ideally I do want to be in the office on those days.

I've gone for some black saltwater ones in the end as I think they will work and if not I will use them anyway. But I might get a second pair of something so I have options

I have something like this. They are the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever had and I have problems with my feet.
