Hello,

I've had a bit of stress and I've neglected myself quite a bit. I've just noticed how awful my skin is looking.
Can anyone help with any products/ things I can do to clear it up please.

Possibly need a steroid cream from the GP to help clear it up too x

Nivea Derma Skin Care range has been great for me and really cleared my skin up! Noticeably better in a few days and still improving weeks later. It's cheap on Amazon so worth trying :-)

I've suffered from acne for the best part of 30 years with nothing helping apart from antibiotics. But a few months ago my friend recommended a brand called 47Skin and after about 6 weeks of use my skin is completely clear! This has literally never happened to me before! It's a bit on the pricy side but worth every penny in my opinion!

Retinol cream. Start with La Roche Posay redermic, every other evening.

If that's all new, then I'd see your GP first.
It looks like a combination of breakout+rosacea possibly and you're going to need to be very gentle.

@Slay1981 I've just looked up 47skin as I'd not heard of it before. Some of the ingredients look great (lactic acid, glycerine etc) but they're as cheap as chips and in lots of other much less expensive things. Obviously if you're happy then all good, just thought I'd say!

If you haven't seen a GP, then definitely see once first but if you have maybe skin+me or dermatica are worth a try? You take a photo of your skin and tell them your skin goals. I use skin and me and the main things they treat are acne, rosacea, fine lines and wrinkles and pigmentation. You can get a month free using my link just pay £3.50 p&p

Thank you! That's good to know, all these ingredients people talk about confuse me lol but I'll have a look around! Smile
