Registry office wedding with meal after so nothing SUPER weddingy.

I do like lace and tulle.

Nothing strapless as I need to wear a bra. Would prefer top of arms covered.

The top and skirt idea is great but all the tops are just so tiny and mostly see through 😂

I'm a size 12 but saggy skin from weightloss so can't do sheer. I would probably need spanx underneath
