My favourites are

Diptique - Eau Duelle
Chanel - Coco

Philosophy amazing grace for daytime when I don't want a perfume more a skin scent.

I tried the new Diptique Papier but sadly absolutely hated it, reminded me of Kenzo flowers.

I'm looking for something less mainstream, so not high street necessarily. Unusual would be great, I love warm, musky, woody scents.

Can anyone help? Thank you 😊

I wore Coco Chanel many years. The formulation has changed so much.. I was in my mid. 20’s when started using and now in my 50’s.
I love Halfeti but it’s extortionate!

Wanderlust by Michael Kors

A lot of the earlier recommended perfumes are gorgeous but pretty heady and I'd be inclined to wear them only in autumn/winter.

Can you get to a department store to try perfumes, rather than order more samples? Guerlain and Hermes have some fabulous perfumes that are lighter and easier to wear at this time of year.

My favourite Hermes is Un Jardin Sur La Toit, which is grassy and a little fruity. I don't know if you got a sample of Terre D'Hermes mentioned previously, but it's also great at this time of year.

Maybe try Guerlain Vol de Nuit EDT, which is green and woody?

Empressa by Penhaligons has similarities to Coco Mademoiselle. How about Terre D'Hermes?

Liz Earle no 15 is a lovely woody one. There’s usually a counter in boots to test that one. Although does anyone feel like it doesn’t last like it did?

I'm having a Clarins Eau Dynamisante phase this week and had forgotten how fresh it is without a hint of sweetness - worth a sniff if you're passing any perfume counters
