Are there any treatments that genuinely help with a double chin??

My family have a double chin issue, despite being slim. My brother masks his with a beard, I don't have that option (though give me a few more years of menopause and who knows..!) Has anyone found anything minimally invasive that helps a bit? Don't need a miracle, but would love some way of reducing it a little.

Losing weight really does gets rid of the underface problem, I was getting a bit jowly myself, dropped a couple of stone - problem solved. There are treatments, such as Aqualyx fat dissolving injections if the problem is fat related, or laser tightening might work if it's more general sag but honestly in 90-95% of cases losing weight should sort it.

You might end up with loose skin in place of the double chin if losing weight.

Fillers?

I wish I knew, DD has this and she had it when she was a 6. It's not thyroid as her levels were "perfect" according to her GP.

I’ve seen talk of Botox to your masseter muscles to help with it.
