Skin care don't know where to start

I have never bothered using any skin care products except the odd bit of moisturiser when I feel I need it. I've always had quite good skin so just never bothered but now my face looks pretty bad and I don't know where to start. I don't even know my skin type because different parts of my face have different problems. My forehead is shiny and bumpy. My nose is the same. However my eyebrows and either side of my nose are always dry and flaky. I also have some red patches on my forehead.

I'm on a tight budget so can't splash out on anything fancy. My daughter has a drawer full of different products mostly Nivea so I can use some of that for now but I genuinely don't know what products I need to be using! I've just used some cleanser as my face felt horribly greasy I think a build up of moisturiser as ive been using quite a bit recently. If anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be really grateful.

Basic cleanser, foaming or milk but not micellar water 2 x a day using a face cloth to remove. Aldis is £1.

Cheap glycerin based moisturiser on dry bits 2 x a day. £1.50 in Aldi.

Small amount of eye cream, under £2 in boots.

Weekly facial scrub, I buy sachets of dermalogica daily microfoliant off eBay and get three uses out of each sachet. I fold the top to stop it spilling everywhere. £4 or so on eBay for four sachets. Too frequent application can cause break outs.

Weekly clay mask, again cheap in boots. £2 or so, wilko sell cheap masks too.

Basic sunblock with 5 star UVA protection every morning, remove with baby oil at night then cleanse. £4-5 in superdrug.

You can buy led masks really cheaply now on eBay or Amazon and they make a massive difference to skin but you have to be consistent with all of this, if you haven’t worn sunblock daily your going to have sun damage by now.
