A belated welcome @MrsZzz! Hope you feel better soon @EnoBaby I've been missing your outfits, and lovely to see you posting again @happytobemrsg. Hope that you're ok and I love your Stradivarius skirt. Also love your khaki trousers from a few days ago @HorribleHisTories15 and @Steppingintome that Oliver Bonas dress is 😍.

Some black wide leg jersey trousers arrived today (the M&S ones). They are ridiculously comfy but for some reason I've drawn a blank & I'm not sure how to style them. Surely black trousers would be super easy to figure out 🤦🏻‍♀️

My Vinted Tabitha Webb skirt arrived.

I really like it.. will just need to play around with tops to wear with it.

Very casual for a quiet day at home with no DH who for some insane reason unconnected with the coronation has gone to London for the day ( he has a rehearsal for his musical which is on at Brighton festival)

I agree @Sooverthemill - I also find black trousers difficult to style. In fact I recently got rid of all my black jeans, because I found that I just wasn’t wearing them. I do still have a couple of pairs of black trousers for work. I can’t remember the last time I wore them though.

Grey and wet today, so I’ve reverted to jeans-and-a-jumper.

Am picking up DH from work with the kids and we are meant to be having a lunch and perhaps a meet up with others. Cake later at home.

If the rain lets up I might take off my jacket and cardigan in a step wise fashion.

These Next shorts are too big for me despite being my size, I can easily fit my fist in the waist and crotch area is about 2 cm lower than it should be, they're so comfy however that I'll be getting a size down to wear outside and I'll keep these as loungewear.
When I was walking outside, some boy (6 years old maybe?) saw me wearing sunglasses (Japanese very rarely wear them), his mouth dropped open and he stopped walking lol. Another glorious day of shocking people with my fashion choices!

Wow, love that outfit @HorribleHisTories15, you look great. I am successfully avoiding the whole royal shit show (as is most of Scotland I think - I have literally seen nothing about it anywhere here).
I got my boys ashes back yesterday, so not feeling sociable - chilling in the house with PurplecatDog Junior and the Purplecat posse. Dress is a wee slip dress from ASOS I think, ballet flats from Matches. Ignore my shamefully dirty mirror, and the cats tail!

I'll no doubt need another layer when I go out later, but it's sooo nice to be wearing lighter clothes!

I Didn’t post yesterday as I was so busy I forgot. But I wore blue jeans from new look and a 3/4 sleeve black top from Zara.

Today I’ve just been in the garden and doing a bit of tydying in the house. My dark grey coated leggings are from m&s and my T-shirt is from George.

I love your blue cardigan @Sooverthemill . You are so talented, seriously.

Although it was rainy today, I found it quite warm & stuffy. Today I wore:

I tried on a couple of tops with my black trousers & I’m happier now 😂 contemplating getting them in navy because they are just so comfy (& excellent value).

I seem to have reverted to wearing the type of clothes I wore when I was 16. It’s probably a midlife crisis.

Top: Spartan(?) - it’s an old rowing top I found whilst sorting things for the move, probably from around 2000/1.

Right now I’m wearing pjs but a dress I ordered has just arrived. I have an evening wedding in a hot country in two weeks & I have nothing at all to wear. Ordered this from Reiss. What do you think? Obviously needs an iron!
