Please help me with Avene cleanser

Hello! Hope you can help.
I have very dry skin (which has been sensitive in the past during the winter... sensitivity seems to vary). It is also dehydrated and I am starting to get fine lines in my forehead as I'm almost 40. I also get the occasional spot on my chin if I put any greasy product there.
In the past Avene extremely gentle cleanser lotion has worked brilliantly for me but this has been discontinued (the thinner liquid not the tolerene version which I didn't like). I do wear foundation and mascara during the day.
Anyway I'd like to try something else in the Avene range and was wondering if I should go for the gentle milk cleanser or the lipid replenishing cleansing oil? I basically need something that will remove my makeup but won't be harsh. I do like the idea of a wash off cleanser but wonder if that would dry my skin out? Also I am not sure if a lot of cleansing oils are supposed to be part of a double cleanse which I'm not keen on, I'd prefer to spend money on just the one cleanser. Hope you can help.

Here are links to both cleansers. I can't seem to decide between these for dry, dehydrated and aging skin

Or

Forgot to mention that I will be using The Ordinary rosehip oil too and maybe some other serums from there. Would just prefer to use Avene for the cleanse and moisturise given they don't have too many ingredients.

I've used the Xeracalm and have used extremely gentle lotion in the past as well. Xeracalm is not technically meant for the face though so it can be irritating to the eyes for some people. It leaves the skin not stripped (it's meant for dermatitis/eczema sufferers) so that's in its favour but I'm not sure if it's an effective enough cleanser to remove heavy duty sunscreen and/or makeup the way the extremely gentle lotion could.

Have you considered a balm cleanser? That could be used two in one and you can remove it with a wet flannel so your skin's exposure to water is minimal.

@botemp - thanks! Ok at least I can eliminate that oil then. Didn't realise it was for the body.
I'd love to try any balm or oil or milk. Just something for dry and dull and tired skin skin. Sleep deprivation with a toddler is very aging so I need to start taking care of my skin.

The Inkey List oat cleansing balm might be worth trying, oat is a really useful ingredient with dry skin. Aveeno Face Calm and Restore Triple Oat Serum is also good for dehydrated and dry sensitive skin (they do a cleanser in this range too but I believe it's just sort of okay).

@botemp - thank you! The reviews look really good and I use aveeno moisturiser so agree that something with oats sounds great
