Sore hands help please

I now seem to react to every hand wash product out there. My hands are dry and sore. I've found that palmers cocoa butter hand cream helps a lot but as soon as I need to wash my hands again the benefits are gone.
Neutrogena is shit I've tried that.
Products with alcohol are worse but even ecover and dove is affecting my skin now. Between fingers is the worst.

Any ideas please?

Simple bar soap and A'kin calming hand cream got me through COVID. Before I settled on that combination my hands were cracked and bleeding.

Hi all thank you so much. I think k as pp said it's all liquid hand wash. I will try and stick to the dive bars we already have and see.
I wear rubber gloves religiously for all cleaning or my hands would bleed I think. Bathroom spray is like acid on them!

Hand cream helps a lot but as soon as I wash my hands I'm back to square one.

Dd2 is the same and I have banned hand sanitiser from our lives we just can't cope with it!

How are you doing with the Dove bar soap? I found it turned things round for me quite quickly. I recommended it to a few people who struggled when covid was the hot topic and people were washing their hands obsessively with anti bac liquid. I think everyone i spoke to had massive improvement

Go to the pharmacy and get a tube of eumovate to put in the really dry sore bits. It will clear them up almost overnight. Cetraben moisturiser to use as a hand cream throughout the day.

Serial dry hand sufferer from hand wash to washing up liquid and these really do help.

Sainsbury's Pure soap bars and E45 moisturising lotion applied religiously after every time I get my hands wet.

I bought three big tubs of Nivea original cold cream and I’m using it everywhere. It’s cheap and greasy and although no cream will survive a washing it is the best gloop I have ever tried. I highly recommend it for hands.

I agree with everyone saying that bar soap makes a difference.
