Blepharitis sufferers only please

Can anyone recommend an eye cream please? My eyes are so puffy and swollen, with big bags and dark circles. I always look like I’ve been crying.

I’ve just wasted £28 on an Origins eye cream which I can’t use because it irritates my eyes and makes them even more swollen and weepy. Everything I try exacerbates the symptoms.

There must be something out there for us blepharitis sufferers.

(I do regular compresses/massage/eye drops to alleviate it, and it makes no difference)

I ended up in hospital with blepharitis last year so feel your pain OP. The only thing that clears mine up is antibiotics and an anti fungal cream. Please don't use the 'baby shampoo' method often cited. Dermatologists are now saying this is not good for the condition.

@Helenahandkart
Did you get this sorted? I've seen multiple opticians and a private ophthalmologist and my bleph/mgd is awful this winter.
I'm just told no screen and heat masks, losing the will to live with sore swollen eyelids.

I've suffered from very bad blepharitis for months now and think I've tried everything suggested including manuka honey eyelid cream and drops and was coming to the end of my tether with constant gritty gunky eyes. Tried using t-tree wipes which helped a little and so fed up I added a squirt of T-Zone Shine Reducing Facial Tonic, 200ml to the wipe, wow what a result as instantly cleared all the rubbish away and had clear vision. Eyes have continued to improve of days of use but be careful wiping your eyelids as contains T- tree oil, salicylic acid and alcohol, I think the alcohol removed the greasy layer and the other two got to work on the blepharitis. Stress brought mine on and I know from my Dr's that everyone's blepharitis is different but wanted to share my instant cure in the hope it helps some of you.
Eyelids do become dry after use but manuka eyelid cream helped a treat

I had a horrific bout of this a few years ago and I think what made it worse was my search for miracle products help ... I think my skin barrier became totally fucked

On the end I went cold turkey on all products except -

Blephasol lotion - used to bath my eyes twice a day. I still use it now and to remove eye make up. It's the only remover I have anywhere near my eyes although I'm gutted it's not cruelty free.

So eye cream ... Feather Canyon by a UK female ownedcompany's called Pai. Very gentle and this saved my eyes. Best thing is they do a 90 day money back guarantee of you buy direct.

Good luck OP - it's a rotten thing to have.

You can use your eye cream on your neck under your chin. Sounds a bit mad but at least it won’t be wasted.

Agree do this ... great way to avoid wasting
