Lazy skincare

Looking for a decent anti aging moisturizer with SPF, zero faff, not looking to layer 4 products! Just tried the cerave one (photo attached), but my skin's reacted badly, all red & blotchy. Preferably something easy to get, like at Boots or similar. Anyone got a recommendation for the Holy Grail?

Some of the Olay creams have spf in them, easy to get/cheap enough to try out

Cerave irritates me too, but I get on well with Simple (they have an SPF 15 in their light moisturiser and spf30 in their protect and glow). Also Avene which is usually in bigger Boots.

Oh I forgot about Simple, that's going to worth trying, thanks @shivermetimbers77

With combined creams the amount of product you will have to use to get the needed amount of spf is much more than you think.
Take a quick Google to ensure you are using enough to get the benefits.

I'm using the following regime at the moment:

AM

Garnie Micellar water or Caudalie face wash in the shower
Lidl Q10 serum
Clinique All about Eyes eye cream
Superdrug Vitamin E moisturiser with spf15 (I think)
Clinique City Block spf 40 (I use this every day without fail)

PM

Garnier Micellar water
Clinique Take the Day Off Balm or L'Oreal Age Perfect Cleansing Milk (depending on how my skin is feeling)
L'Oreal Age Perfect Toner
Clinique Eye Cream and Lidl serum as above
Superdrug Vitamin E Night Cream

I've chopped and changed with skincare for years depending on skin concerns and also on what I could afford at the time. Now I've retired the above regime is the most cost effective for me and seems to suit my post menopausal skin.

Avene is a really nice, gentle brand for sensitive skin.

I have sensitive skin and find facetheory products to be fantastic. A good combination of active ingredients whilst not being irritating (or horrifically expensive). Everything comes in a scented or un scented version.

I love this day cream with spf www.facetheory.com/products/amil-c-whip-m5-spf-30. I do use an additional sun cream in summer, but find this enough on its own in winter. I find most spf creams irritate my eyes, but this one doesn't.

I think they offer a full refund on any products that don't suit you too.

I have this one too, but don't use it as the 'gentle fragrance' is pretty strong 😄 - would recommend the unscented instead. Other than that it's nice, doesn't feel quite as moisturising as some of the others I use, but I have insanely dry skin.
