Eye bags

Does anyone have any effective tips to help diminish under eye bags? Even when I've had good amounts of sleep I still have them. It's genetic - my brothers are awful too! I've tried various eye creams but they haven't made any difference. When I look in the mirror they're all I see.

Me too except this is a fairly recent thing for me but interested in any good tips!

Following as well as I am still waiting for the holy grail of eye cream to give me a miracle !

All I have read so far is that caffeine is meant to help.

As an ingredient mean ...not as a drink !

SmartHome · 20/02/2023 03:11

So which creams have caffeine in them?

TiredInPerpetuity · 20/02/2023 03:24

Tear trough fillers. I had them nearly 2 years ago and although the effects are wearing off now, they're still ten times better than they were.
I'd tried every cream, lotion and potion. SPF and sunglasses every day. But mine were genetic too and I think in that case there's not a cream that's going to impact

I only managed to reduce mine through diet changes. I drink lots of water and try not to have processed foods (ie no salt, sugar, etc).

I also stopped wearing eye makeup for a while which helped.

in 10 or more years of having them, I never found anything that significantly reduced them. When I changed my diet for an unrelated reason, I noticed they had pretty much disappeared.

Tear trough fillers. I’ve just had them (I was scared and psyched myself up for a couple of years but after loads of people asking me if I was okay in the mornings because I looked so ill I bit the bullet!)

very expensive, and very subtle, but I don’t look ill!

Thanks folks. Tear trough fillers - I'll look into those. I agree reducing processed foods works too. I did a bit of a diet overhaul for 6 weeks and although I still had eye bags I looked generally healthy overall. Unfortunately Christmas came and my new good habits went to pot.

Here's my before and after for tear trough fillers.

I look a lot less knackered now!

Wagsandclaws A big improvement. Its the looking permanently knackered that is getting to me even when I feel great.

Oh bless you it's horrible isn't especially when you feel great but your eye bags say different.

Have a look into it? prices vary but use a dr or nurse - I don't think you'd regrets it fillers for rid of mine for the most part.

Good luck @Toocooltoboogie I hope you find a solution 😊
