Well, I think I’m OK. I love low rise jeans and cargos. Plus, my husband has a checked shirt just like that one in the link.

Yes to checked shirts, sequins, cobalt blue.
No to baggy jeans and fringing

My brother had a poster of the A Team in the 80s

One guy was wearing a checked shirt. And Mr T was wearing a chunky gold necklace, sequin waistcoat and baggy jeans.

I'm beginning to see a theme here but I'm still going to wear half of it 😂

Absolutely I’m not throwing out mine- I love sequins! But if it’s ‘in’ all the cheap chain stores will have container ships full of new sequin clothes for people to wear twice.

I didn't think check shirts had ever gone out of fashion. But what do I know.
Yes to the baggy Jeans trend.
A definite no to the hipsters, sequins & cobalt - too harsh a colour on me.
Love fringing.
I'm really not sure about cargo pants & maxi/midi denim skirts, but might learn to love them given time.

I have my eye on a few things at the moment:

A lovely burgundy bomber jacket in whistles
New trainers- thinking of a move away from New Balance & might try either these Vejas or some Hoff ones
Straight leg jeans
Wide leg cropped denim. I have not worn jeans since 2019 so this is a big change for me

I will do cobalt blue. It suits me. Will not be doing baggy jeans or check shirts.

I most likely won't do cobalt as it's not a colour i like on me.

I have a fabulous check shirt from jigsaw tucked away somewhere from around 2015 so might pull that out & give it another whiri
