Teenager holiday shop

Hi ladies. Another style question for me.

Can you suggest some new places (that I might not know if) for clothes for a teenager girl?

I've tried Shein, New Look, urban outfitters, hollister, but still don't like anything. It's hard for that age group- 12-14 years. Either too sexy, quality might be pretty low, don't want anything to fast fashion like Boohoo.

Would like to show her some nice dresses for a summer holiday.

I am having the same problem for my dd, 15. I had a quick glance at Bershka but it all looks a bit more “sexy” and revealing than she would wear. Or stuff like big trousers etc which she won’t wear either. She needs things for smartish daywear in particular. She does have a sequinned mini dress from Zara that she likes for parties, but has grown out of lots of her clothes.
I prefer not to buy polyester (micro plastic) and so much teenage clothing is synthetic.

I think mid teens is the hardest age group to buy for. My elder dd (18) is a bit easier to find clothes for as she has a more definite style, (although she is a tiny dress size which is a constant problem) My younger one doesn’t want to stand out too much, she isn’t very adventurous with clothes so that can mean she won’t even try something new.

Everything seems too middle aged, or too Love Island.

M and m direct for dd and ds (dd sometimes gets boy because they don't tend to be cropped). Some of m and s plain bits are OK for dd.
Sports direct.
asda for jeans.
H and m.

Superdry for T-shirts, shorts, little dresses and cozies. Some ££ but (channeling DM) it is good quality and washes a treat.

My little sister bloody rocks a Fred Perry t-shirt dress and trainers.

River Island for a bit of fast fash.

I have things from Brandy Melville. It's definitely aimed at teens.
I felt very old in the shop, and I normally don't give a fig about dressing my age.

Calzedonia for swimwear. Lots of size options.

And all the brands previously mentioned.
Plus a good rummage in TK Maxx can turn up bargains in the smaller women's sizes. DD is a petite 6/8 and often finds quirky Bershka stuff in there. Hollister are reliable for basic shorts, little tops and summer dresses.

My DDs love H&M, I think the quality is good and the clothes are not over the top revealing, there is something for everyone.

We sometimes find good things in New Look, M&S, Uniqlo (jackets), and Fatface (women’s section in the smallest size).
