Big barrel curler

I have naturally curly hair and tend to just wash and leave it. The other day I got it cut and the hairdresser did a bouncy blow dry and I loved the way it made me look so groomed. I think if like to recreate that every now and again. I def don't have yhe skills to do it with a round brush and hairdryer so is the best way to straighten and then use big fat curling wand? If so can anyone recommend one that's easy to use please?

Hi! You don’t need a big barrel curler, actually the looser the curl the less it will hold! I would have a look on Amazon for any medium sized curling tong and go with that. Once you’ve finished curling the whole head you can comb through the curls or use a wide tooth, vented hair brush to break up the curls. They will last longer that way and look better too :-)

The other alternative is this: Remington ProLuxe adaptive styling brush. I LOVE IT!
You wrap the hair around it (takes a bit of getting used to) and you can pin the curls as you go. Once you’re done release them all, it creates a much looser wave and may be better for hair condition than a tong…
