I'll be 26 in May. Should I start listening to Nadine Baggot and smother myself in Pentapeptides?

I dont have a skin regime at all.
Just a facial wash on a night and thats it and even then its never the same one.

But do I need to start buying anti ageing crap now in a bid for eternal yoof?

Any recommendations?

i am abit (ok a lot) older than you i will be 33 next month and my routine was pretty much the same as yours but my Dm bought me Elizabeth Arden intervene moisturiser, face wash and eyecream for christmas it is fantastic, well worth the money. My skin does look a lot better since i have been using it.

prob a good idea to start using a moisturiser - but you don't need an expensive one.

moisturiser with spf in it, use on face AND NECK each morning. Have never bothered with anything else personally.

Hate night creams - I don't like sleeping with a slimy face!

I do use a moisturiser but only put it on if I'm leaving the house.
Its a Garnier one.

I'm sure that will keep you looking as fresh and dewy as a teenager.

that woman looks so botoxed up i doubt bloody pentawhatevers have done that

anyway i'm 28 nearly and still have really flawless skin i dont wear make up all i do is wash face with warm water and moisturise

with a chaep oil of olay type moisturiser

only wear make up when i go out and wash off with sensitive wet wipes

although i do like the tea tree set from body shop which cleanses and heals skin
